WBA super welterweight world champion Erislandy Lara (24-2-2, 14 KOs) scored an impressive fourth round KO over former world champion Yuri Foreman (34-3, 10 KOs) in Miami, Florida. After two tactical rounds, Lara was credited with a knockdown in round three after what looked like a slip by Foreman. There was no question about the knockdown in round four, however. Lara dropped Foreman with a crushing left uppercut that left Foreman was unable to continue. Time was 1:47. Below is the video of the fight:

Deontay Wilder should step up and take a "real fight" against Dillian Whyte, Matchroom Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn says.
WBC heavyweight champion Wilder boasts a perfect record from 37 fights and halted fellow American Chris Arreola after eight one-sided rounds in July last year.
David Higgins of Duco Events, promoter of WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker, said the heavyweight division needs to unify but he has had difficulty contacting Al Haymon to discuss details for a clash between Parker and WBC champ Deontay Wilder.
“We like what Wilder is saying. He is of the same view as us … the heavyweight division needs to unify the champions,” Higgins told Fairfax. “It’s all a matter of risk and reward, but a risky fight is worth it if the circumstances are right.
Dillian Whyte has vacated the British heavyweight title to continue his pursuit of a world title fight by the end of the year.
The Brixton man was ordered to defend his Lonsdale belt against Sam Sexton by the British Boxing Board of Control, but reluctantly decided to vacate the title as he intends to move beyond the domestic scene.
