3WBO super featherweight world champion Vasyl Lomachenko (7-1, 5 KOs) will be back on the ring on April 15 on HBO.

So far there is no word on who might be his next opponent, but it’s almost guaranteed that it won’t be Lomachenko’s former rival Orlando Salido, who defeated him by split decision on March 1, 2014.

Another Ukrainian former amateur star Oleksandr Gvozdyk (12-0, 10 KOs), who had a big 2016 and emerged as a top contender in the light heavyweight division, will also fight on April 15 on Lomachenko’s card. His next opponent will be revealed later too.

So far, there in no official confirmation on the future location of the April 15 HBO fight card, but according to boxing insider Dan Rafael, there is a strong possibility that it will be held at the MGM National Harbor, Maryland, USA.
